HOW TO

Turn cap to unlock. Press cotton pad over auto-dispenser to saturate it. Swirl over clean skin or pat on specific irritated spots. Always dab onto brow area after tweezing. Turn cap back to lock. 

SKIN HACK: Deflate puffiness. Saturate cotton eye pads with Soothing Toner and place under eyes. Relax for 10 minutes. Voilà. Supersize that by applying Hydrating Mask under eyes first.
